We do all our coaching and therapy via the computer, using Zoom. We have found this to a very effective method.
Please use high speed internet and a good computer and be in a private environment. Log in early and test your mic and speakers. Therapy can be nerve-wracking for some, so make sure you’re prepared, technically. Close other applications on your computer so your system runs fast as possible. We will send Zoom announcement reminders when the appointments are set and then again the day of the appointment at least 15 minutes prior.
