With over 15 years of specialized experience in mental health and addiction recovery, Vannah Hughes is a dedicated and compassionate professional known for her expertise in treating individuals and couples affected by sex and love addiction. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), Vannah has worked extensively with sex addicts, their partners, and couples, offering evidence-based care and guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Vannah’s career began in mental health, with a focus on assessments and personality disorders, before transitioning into addiction therapy. She has specialized in treating substance abuse, love addiction, sex addiction, and gambling addiction. Over the years, Vannah has also led the development, implementation, and expansion of programs addressing sex and love addiction, earning a reputation for creating innovative and effective treatment approaches.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Vannah has a proven track record in operational development  headwaying multiple initiatives focusing on sex, love and chemical addictions.  As an Addiction  Expert and Holistic Practitioner Vannah integrates psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT and Somatic work to provide a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to healing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Vannah enjoys practicing yoga, somatic breathwork, reiki, and sound healing, studying spiritual philosophies, and spending quality time with her daughter.
