Karuna Healing Groups
Betrayal Trauma Groups for Women
We offer multiple groups to support women dealing with betrayal trauma. Our main process group meets for 85 minutes weekly. It is designed to provide clarity, stabilization, and support during the weekly process.
- Wednesdays at noon eastern
The group rate is 40 dollars per session, billed after each session. Group participation is a free benefit for women whose partners are in the 8 week intensive men’s program.
The women’s group provides a supportive space for partners to stabilize, process betrayal trauma, and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Groups focus on emotional grounding, boundaries, and clarity so women don’t feel alone or overwhelmed while navigating recovery and relationship decisions. Our women’s groups are led by NeCole Rivera.
We are also adding a new weekly group at Tuesday 2:00 eastern starting January 13. Rob will provide a short presentation on a topic, and then we have question and answer format discussing porn and sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and relationship repair topics. This group is free for women who are active Karuna Healing clients or whose partners are active Karuna Healing clients.
IFS-based Men’s Groups for Porn and Sex Addiction Recovery
The men’s group is a core part of the 8-week program. Group sessions combine individual recovery work with relational repair, helping men understand their patterns while also learning how to show up differently in relationships. Many men choose to continue in group longer term because of the accountability, depth, and ongoing support it provides.
The group rate is 50 dollars per session, billed monthly. Members are expected to attend 75 percent of sessions. Group enrollment is available to all, whether or not you join the 8 week intensive. A free 15 minute consult with Rob is required before enrolling to review group expectations and determine fit.
Men’s groups meet weekly for 85 minutes. Members choose the group time that fits their schedule best and may switch to another if a scheduling conflict comes up. Current group times are:
- Monday at 8 pm eastern
- Wednesday at 7 pm eastern
- Friday at 2 pm eastern
